Fresh local favorites like Red Snapper and Grouper glisten alongside sushi grade Tuna. Swordfish, Chilean Sea Bass, Mahi-Mahi, Pompano, Triple tail, Hogfish and maybe even Barracuda, all which will be featured on The Timbers fresh fish menu that evening.
